How to make Japanese Curry Rice (the easy way)

yeuxdebleu and I were discussing Japanese curry w/ rice and how easy it is to make in a previous (25 Day Challenge) post and since it is Sunday - my "try to cook something home-made for the kids" day, and I happened to make curry, I thought I'd share

You're welcome! You know I just noticed that the box of roux says "sauce mix" so the recipe you found on the net uses the roux too :P

While that recipe adds jam, I add various other stuff :) My husband also suggested that a bit of black coffee and sugar are nice additions at the very end. (He added those today so we had a different flavor :) )
