#1 - a good haircut/hairdresser is worth their weight in gold!

#2 - We have an adopted Japanese son, so we are sort of familiar with things. Saving face is so hard and their politeness is legendary.

I keep my fingers crossed that mine doesn't retire anytime soon. Even my husband has seen the wisdom of my choice and has started going with me.

We got into the habit of asking The Boy, "Is this an American yes or a Japanese yes?" Not only did it make him think about how he was responding to something, but also to acknowledge the difference between the two cultures. All that said, I still am fascinated and love the Japanese culture. :D

Thank you! I tried to make couple fun and a couple a bit more thought worthy.

Whatever age we are at now is the ideal age. We need to go out and enjoy all the various aspects of it!
That is such a lovely sentiment! So wise. I'm going to try and remember that when I worry about aging. :)
