I really liked this one, too! I'm still waiting to see if your theory about Jack having some of Michael's grace in him plays out (or if it's one of those times when the fans put more thought into things than the writers :P).

I agree that it was not at all well explained how Michael was able to re-possess Dean. I'd say maybe they will give more info in the future, but...probably not, lol. I also don't really see how Michael "broke" Dean? I'm pretty sure he cares about his family at just as much as he always has? I guess maybe it was supposed to be through breaking Dean's hope when Michael destroyed the egg and the spear? Still, though... It did occur to me that maybe Michael didn't kill Sam because he knew Dean would never be quiet if he did.

I really hope Sam had a contingency plan.
Do they ever, though? XD

Despite these complaints, I thought this was a pretty great episode. I have so many random thoughts that for once I may write my own reaction post instead of posting you a novel-length comment, heh.

Hehe! I really hope they put some thought into that bit of magic/grace. Combined with Dean's vision blurring, there must be something there. If not, the whole ep is rather meaningless LOL

In all honesty, I found it difficult to figure out what was going on in this episode. Maybe I need to watch it again.

It is a bit confusing. It could be that it was supposed to be a mystery. Hopefully, we will get an answer later!

I'm just really not on board with Michael!Dean being back. I want normal Dean! So I'm kinda angry at show again. Can't really give this episode more then an okay. I'm glad it's hiatus now, maybe I can enjoy show again once it comes back in a few weeks.

Yeah, now that he's back, I think we are going to be seeing him for a few eps. I hope we see Dean too though!
