I didn't realise I'd even been doing it until I went to wash my face after the cry!

I'm fine now, honestly. It was unpleasant, but I knew nothing dangerous was going on thanks to the GP. And right now all I have is a stinking cold and I don't mind that at *all*.

I'm glad you're feeling better now ( for certain values of better, at least!).

My Mum suffers from bronchial asthma so I have a reasonable idea of how horrible it is not to be able to breathe properly. I hope you never have to put up with that again.
