Dog Tales
There's a couple of two year old pups - one full doxie, one mixed with Jack Russel terrier. I frequently take the dogs over to the office to say hello because socialization is important. Well, the little mix, Drake, had some blood on one of his paws, so to try to see what the issue was, I held onto him while someone else tried to look at his feet.

so why should it be, you and I should get along so awfully?
Earlier in the week, walking Walter. He paused to sniff a tree in someone's side yard. We were there maybe 20 seconds when the lady of the house runs out and shouts, "You need to keep that dog moving!!"

Usually when things are hyped, I avoid them. Think, if you are old enough, the buzz about Forrest Gump. By the time I saw it, I was already over it. I dislike it.
Finally watched Schitt's Creek. Better late than never - this show really IS a gem. And makes me mad that I have no Patrick in my life.

Today I got a call from an 88 year old lady. "SBG," she said, "We talked last Thursday and you said you were going to call me back because we didn't have time to handle business that late in the day."

Full Moons, man
Full moon week has me sleeping and dreaming so hard. I often wake up as if straight from a dream, and despite having slept nearly the night straight through, exhausted.

The sky is falling
Know anyone who immediately ramps things into a state of frenzy for no reason? That's my boss. On Wednesday, we got scheduled an appointment for some non-English speakers, who happen to speak a language the State hasn't yet had a lot of information translated into, yadda. Wild America
Yesterday, I drove a short distance to walk along the riverwalk - drove because I had a coupon for a free frozen pizza and a 74¢ quart of ice cream, and one doesn't just ignore deals like that, so I drove to the store and then walked for a bit first.

As the agency I work for moves toward Phase II of the return to semi normal and people begin returning to the office part time (none of them will be back full time), the bigwigs re-released the office etiquette guidelines that have been amended to accommodate the fact that most of the employees will be sharing a cubicle.
