Fresh Vegetable Salad

A salad I whipped up for dinner tonight. I served this salad with Filet Mignon and fresh bread sticks from the bakery but it could easily go with just about any meat dish or could even be the main course as it is fairly hearty and filling. I recommend you use it as at least a side dish, as using it for a pre-dinner salad might be a bit too heavy
