English Muffins

I realized when I was halfway through making these, that my English Muffins don't ever go in the oven, making them unsuitable for posting in bakebakebake .  But, they are great for so many meals, they'll fit in here instead.  I make a batch of these almost every week.  There are only two of us in our house, so they're perfect for breakfast, but they also work ( Read more... )

Honestly, I've never liked English muffins, so I can't imagine using this recipe. However, I am really grateful that you posted this as you introduced me to bakebakebake and I've already checked out the community and joined. Thanks so much!

I love KAF... when I can get it from the salvage stoor scross the street! It makes such better bread when I can get my mitts on it, tho.

I LOVE those amish rolls though. they are so good!

I have a serious KAF addiction. :) Their flour makes all the difference. The Amish rolls are some serious bits of bread heaven. My husband devours them. It's too the point now where I make 1-2 dozen a week, plus a loaf of bread, and then I usually am asked by friends or family to make another 1-2 dozen for whatever they have going on. I can pretty much count on my MIL calling and asking me to whip up a batch of those for the next day or creating some dessert. She is always entertaining.
