I realized when I was halfway through making these, that my English Muffins don't ever go in the oven, making them unsuitable for posting in
bakebakebake . But, they are great for so many meals, they'll fit in here instead. I make a batch of these almost every week. There are only two of us in our house, so they're perfect for breakfast, but they also work well as a small portion of garlic bread next to a pasta meal, or the perfect little snack.
