Orange Glazed Chicken

My hubby and I just tried this recipe tonight and it was deemed "repeatable" so hurray!

Orange Glazed Chicken

1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts/strips
1 tsp Canola or Olive Oil
4 tsp orange marmalade
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Brown chicken on one side; turn and add marmalade, ginger and Worcestershire sauce. Reduce heat to low, cover and let simmer 10 to 15 minutes until chicken's done and sauce thickens. Served over brown rice with the extra sauce drizzled on top, yum! Oh and for a little greenery, some sugar snap peas.

Ok so I found that a little extra marmalade would be nice (I used the Smucker's brand, that's all my small town store had). And I used closer to 2 TBSP of Worcestershire. I also seasoned the chicken with some Tony Chachere's before browning and added red pepper to the sauce. My sauce didn't thicken so well but I think if I had used the extra marmalade it would have. Maybe next time :)
