The more I look at it, the more mistakes I see. LOL I'd hate to post it to a strictly cake community. They'd definitely see all of my errors! LOL Next time I need to take my time. I JUST made this cake and am giving it to my brother in law in about an hour! HAHAHA mimsmom=procrastinator!!!

cake_decorating is a very non-judgmental community... People of all skill levels, from beginner to pro, post there, so I promise they won't criticize your cake. Not to pressure you or anything, but if you want to post there, go for it and don't worry about your errors. You are probably your own worst critic -- I bet everyone else will think it's great!

The cake was EXTREMELY moist!!!! Very tastey, got great reviews by all. I, however, think that I would cut the orange extract in half. It was really good though.
