Twisted Mac, Chicken and Cheese

Long time reader, first time poster :) I made dinner for the fourth night in a row and made this dish especially for my younger brother - a fan of spicy food and mac and cheese. This recipe is an imitation of Hard Rock Cafe's Twisted Mac, Chicken and Cheese. I forgot to take a picture, but found one while searching on Google.

Looks delic and I would add extra cayenne myself. Spicy is good. The dog in your icon is absolutely adorable!

Extra cayenne indeed is great. I love spicy! Anyway, thanks - it's actually my dog in the icon (he fell asleep on one of my care bear stuffed animals). He's an Italian Greyhound named Einstein :)

Really, I thought it was a Weimaraner. I guess it was the coloring. My mother looked at Italian Greyhounds when she was adopting a new dog but ended up adopting a retired racing [regular sized] Greyhound. Such a beautiful and sweet creature.

This looks so good!
I always add spicy stuff (like chili flakes, or tabasco sauce) to my mac & cheese out of a box. This sounds much more satisfying though. I will have to try this recipe out.
