my friend makes this pineapple jelly that has pineapples(of course) and jalapenos, sugar...and then whatever the stuff is to make the gelatin. its soooo delicious with club crackers. spread creme cheese, then the jalapeno/pineapple jelly on it..and NOM NOM!

thanks for this recipe. it sounds delicious. Im gonna have to try it. :D

I wodner if there is a Red Onion in Austin..hmmmmmms

Mm. Maybe she uses fruit pectin? That's used in jellies.
I think the Red Onion restaurants are only in Houston so far.
