Corelle? That's the kind they are. Light and break-resistant. I love Corelle.

Yup, Corelle! My mom and grandma have this thing about our plates and bowls having to be Corelle. Apparently back then, in the Philippines, having Corelle plates was some sort of status symbol (I guess 'cause it was imported and not easy to obtain?) So yeah, they pretty much collect Corelle.

my daughter was on a kick for the longest time that she had to have applesauce and oatmeal for breakfast. (although we mixed the two together, otherwise she would have eaten the applesauce off the top;) yum yum! (i think i have a bowl like that too...weirdness)
