Man, I wish I liked fish. I bet that marinade would be excellent on beef or chicken too, though. Thanks for the post!

This marinade tastes really close to a teriyaki but the pepper offsets the sweetness. This was the first time I have made this recipe and I definitely plan on making it again. I'm sure it would go good with beef or chicken.

I love ahi tuna steaks. Unfortunately at $22/lb for the good stuff, I don't get it very often.
