Burgers, Red Potato Salad, Fresh Corn on the Cob

Not exactly 'fancy' by any means but this sure is one of my favorite summer meals! Boyfriend is missing out tonight.. he is at work, and I do make a mean burger and potato salad!

Hey that looks good to me. Corn on the cob....white corn, we have both down heah in Alabama....shoe-peg corn thats what some folks call white corn....its all good to me...smilin. My granddad, because he had no teeth...grin,he used to slice the corn right off the cob at his plate and then proceed to eat it. ....I tried it like that a couple of times...just to see what it would taste like, ...grin....yes I have all my teeth.....but it was good that way too. I always say, different strokes for differnt folks.....same with potato salad....with or without mayo, or sour cream....lots of mustard, dill, onions, bellpeppers....its all good.

I want a burger now.....grin.

I agree! I'll eat any of that stuff!!!

I think I'm one of the few who cuts the corn off the cob though.. still.. I blame it on when I had the braces! Old habits die hard right ? :)

Salads in general are great - potato salad, pasta salad, chicken salad! Best part of summer!
