SO to catch everyone up ... I had marathon interviews on Monday. I had a one hour interview with the Creative Group and a two and a half hour interview with Turner, all about the same job. I had heard from the Creative Group, a placement agency, yesterday and they said I was the leading canidate for the job and that they would try and let me know ( Read more... )

Wow ... nasty little storm last night a limb as large as a small tree landed in railing to my back porch. Looks like new back porch gets a higher poirty.

As of 6 this evening I have been married ... I could not be any happier or excited by this experience. The overwhelming generosity and love of those around me is beyond words. The distance and pain some have gone through to be here is beyond what anyone could have expected. The fact that 130 people came and I could have easily invited 130 more ( Read more... )

I love Kayaking ... I mean I really do.

Even if a Water Moccasin did try to kill me ... well I think he was surprised to see me but still he had a look in his eyes!!!!!

I have found that as I really beginning to look for a job, I feel more and more depressed and that it feels like a weight mentally pinning me to floor. I think this was always there but I had never dealt with it and until now. I really thank God that I have Pam in my life, she can do wonders to bring out of this state with a simple smile ( Read more... )

One of our cats, Rose, has lost 5 pounds in the last 2 weeks. This is of course a very bad thing for a 10 pound cat. I took her to the vet and she has been diagnosed with Hyperthyroid something and now we have the joy of getting her to take medicine twice a day for the rest of her life. I feel so sorry for her and I can only pray that she likes ( Read more... )

Or something like that left until the wedding. I am not sure if that fact has really sunk in yet, I am deeply looking forward to the marriage, but I am very nervous about the event itself. I am sure that everything will turn out fine, I guess I just nervous about ... well hell I have no idea.
