Very nice sketch! I used to draw a lot but music (and studying) take up too much of my time :(

Also, I (and my parents) have had an incredibly hard time getting in touch with Tulsi (the mandolin maker)...

I am really anxious to get my mandolin before the end of the year and I don't know how to contact him to get his billing address and send him my shipping address :(

He hasn't responded to my emails or my parents' phone calls.

What should I do?

What do you mean by "hasn't responded to phone calls"? Is the phone unavailable (unreachable / switched-off) all the time? He usually responds promptly to phone calls. I really don't know what would be a good way to get his billing address and give him your shipping address.

Maybe it is due to the difference in time zones but the phone is unavailable whenever they call :-(

Can you perhaps ask him to check his email?
