weird day...
Today was a bit of a weird day... little emotional for me and sort of up and down. It's dad's birthday, that year of first after losing someone is definitely hard and it strikes at the odd moments. Ok... so I'm surprised I had a weight loss this week. It was pretty stressful with the power being out and work stuff due to Ike. I have many customer's in that area and a sales rep, so was very concerned about everyone all week, plus, we supply the formula for the WIC infants and that's ever so important!
