We've been here 10 years are still working on replacing a lot of those things. We still need new doors one is broken, we did finally replace a different one that was broken, new bathtub and surround/tile, our oven's been broken for 7 years, our frig needs to be replaced, our water heater is going to go any day, and we need siding. The windows we just got were as much as a car. Damn. It's just a lot, but it's still good to have a place that is your very own. :)
