Homeownership, man.
I love it. And it annoys me.
Don't get me wrong, I knew it came with extra costs that renting doesn't and I don't regret buying.

This week I will be learning how to replace water heater elements because my water heater keeps tripping. I also think this is the cause of our insane electric bill. I am going to just replace the elements for now because it should only run me about $30 for everything I need. But I am now making plans to replace the entire tank with a newer more energy efficient tank.

This is where the annoyance of homeownership comes in, I keep finding new things to be replaced or upgraded! I don't know what to do first and I don't have the money to do anything!

Actually I think the water heater should be number one.

After the water heater, I think maybe the windows might be next. I am pretty sure they are the original windows which means I can buy windows that will be more energy efficient. Windows and then doors. Well maybe doors, than windows. Only so I can get doors that have animal doors installed on them.

Water heater.
Doors.
Windows.
Bathtub/bathroom sink.
Kitchen appliances.
Kitchen cabinets/sink.
Washer and dryer.

That's not a lot but it is expensive! Especially because I totally plan to get what I want and not settle because of cost. I will be living here forever, and I am going to have nice things that will last.
