(no subject)
Oh, hey. So we have been living in our own house for a month now. It's fabulous. Our dryer quit working though and so unpacking is at a standstill because clothes, clothes everywhere. but we are mostly unpacked. I need bookshelves.
We are buying a van this week. Our tax return was much less because of all the overtime Jason did put him over the EIC income limit by like $1000, so we have to finance a majority of the van, but the payment isn't too bad and I am hoping that in 6 months or so we can refinance and get it even lower.
I kind of wish I could find a job that I could work at just until the van/student loan was paid off and our savings built back up. Even though I know that isn't feasible with Jason's schedule/daycare costs. I also kind of wish that my aunt had not taken over helping my mom clean because now I am missing out on $80 a week. eh, whatever, I will figure something out.
My mom has to have both kidney's removed. We knew this would come one day, she has PKD. It sucks though, her kidneys are only functioning at 10%. Everyone will be tested to see if anyone is a match. I am nervous and scared.
