My poor mooshy man is sick. He wasn't feeling well all last week, but he got bad enough that he had to take off on Friday. We still helped agent0033 and jenybean move on Saturday, but that just about killed him because he didn't move off the couch on Sunday. Then Monday morning we lost power, so there went going to work. You could also tack the ribbon on temporarily with matching thread and very big removable stitches. ^_^ So-ballerina for Halloween it is?

I'm thinking of being Lucy Riocardo. I was going to be her last year but I didn't get around to making the costumes until the day before halloween and it looked like a bag of potatos. So I was MaryJane Watson (closet cosplay) instead.

Yes you have to break pointe shoes in.

I got the wrong size--I told them 4.5 (I'm a 6.5 normally, the site said to go two sizes down from your street shoes) and they sent me a 4 instead. I'm guessing they don't do half-sizes (even though that was an option in the drop-down menu) so I'm going to exchange them for 5s and see what that does for me.

I want to do Rosebride Utena like nobody's business. One of these days. And Marvel still has a new Touga (the white anime student council uniform) costume that he hasn't even worn yet.
