Emil checked his backpack carefully, trying to make sure he'd packed everything he would need. A few changes of clothing, some sun screen, a wide-brimmed hat to keep the sun out of his face, sunglasses. Water and food provisions were being packed separately.
He tried to think of what else he needed, because he was having that nagging feeling of forgetting an important item. Shrugging, he decided to get Xavier's advice on this instead of just letting it worry him to death.
He knocked on the door to his mentor's study. "You busy?" he asked. "I think I need some help packing..."
