Wesley arched his eyebrow at Kit when he walked into the room and announced that they need to talk. Kit and Wesley had never gotten along for more than five minutes at a time, so the two of them being on the same track about anything was something worthy of the six o'clock news. "Alright, let's talk, then."

"Watchers," Kit said. "I don't trust those poncey English tea-sippers - and I trust their American offshoots even less, if such a thing be possible."

He tossed down the minutes of the meeting onto the desk. "And from what I've read here, you agree."

Wesley picked up the minutes on his desk and looked them over. "I heard that you didn't like this idea, either." Actually, he had heard that Kit absolutely hated the idea and had walked out on the meeting. "I do agree. I didn't leave the Watcher's Council in England just to work with them here in America."

"What made you leave them?" Kit asked, looking over Wesley with a newfound appreciation. He hadn't cared about Wesley enough to check into the details of his coming to Sunnydale, ever, so he hadn't known that.

"Other than the fact they're all gits, of course- but was there something in specific?"
