David Yurman is a pain in my ass. But I legally can not tell you why.

Now, of course, I'm really curious :P but I understand :P

How do you like working in the industry?

I'm sorry, I'd comment but I'm trying to get over the fact anybody would buy 200 dollar earrings, period. :D

I'm still dizzy about spending 90 euros for a skin treatment thingy next week. x_x

It's like, the opposite for me. chelone May 6 2008, 17:24:18 UTC
Not to butt in, but 90 Euros is like, $60 less than her Yurman earrings. And earrings last a whole lot longer than skin treatments (if you're not apt to losing them, that is).

I would actually have more trouble trying to rationalize spending $140 on a treatment that only happens once than on $200 on earrings that could foreseeably last me a lifetime.

To each his own, I suppose. I also work in the industry, so I'm totally biased.

Fair point. I'm just going to go all out on the skin treatment/facial thingy because I've been having problems with my skin as of late and I figured once I have the money.. Plus along with the treatment they give you a shitload of free products so it'll last me quite a while (in a way).

I'm not ragging Magdalena on her money usage or anything - if she can afford the spend that much on earrings, more power to her. I don't wear earrings myself - or any jewellery in fact - so I guess I'm sort of a stranger to that form of money spending, period.

I totally understand, not everyone is into baubles. And free stuff is always good! Have fun being pampered :)

I would be too. You know what I don't get? Coach bags on eBay that aren't sold out or anything that are being bid up to HIGHER THAN THE RETAIL PRICE. Go to macys.com and buy it for what it costs.

Hey, it's nice to hear somebody cares enough about the ebay people getting screwed over right now.
They were jerks in your email responses though. One day they'll get there's, hopefully!
