IC INFO:
Character name: Ayumu Narumi
Fandom: Spiral: Bonds of Reasoning
Age: 16
Appearance:Ayumu stands to be around 5'4" to 5'6" (no canon height was given). He's pretty slim, but not necessarily really thin. He's got a healthy build. He has dark brown hair with crazy spikes that go everywhere, just like every other Japanese anime hair, etc. He's got sideburns that are up to his chin, which are at some point, made fun of by his acquaintances. His eyes also happen to be brown, closer to hazel than dark brown.

Apart from all that, Ayumu shows himself as someone who wears the same thing over and over. He is usually seen in his school uniform, which consists of a blue blazer (always unbuttoned), blue pants, and a white undershirt.

Canon point: Post-canon (but before the epilogue)
Cause of Death:Body malfunction

As stated in the background, Ayumu is a clone. This means a lot of scientific stuff has happened to his body, which will eventually stop functioning correctly at some point. In the manga, Ayumu gets confined in a hospital a year or two after its final events due to this. However, for the point of this app and for bringing him into the setting of the role-play, his body will just deteriorate after the manga's final events.

Abilities: - God's little brother. Mostly everything he says or thinks of will happen.
- Ayumu cannot die unless it is through natural means.
- Being God's little brother, he can be a bit of a godmod.

Ayumu, being "God's little brother" means he has control of destiny. It's unintentional. It's just that whenever he thinks of something and whenever he comes to a certain conclusion, the world bends itself so that what he thought of will come into fruit. It won't be a perfect formation-as there will be hindrances here and there, but he will get there, and he will get his desired fate, so to speak.

And because he is "God's little brother", he won't die, no matter who you are and how powerful you can be. If you shoot at him, you will miss. No matter what. He will only die through natural means (aging, body defects, etc.), but stabbing him, blood loss, and torturing him will not. This ability of his is pretty much related to the fact that he can mold destiny, and that God has written certain rules regarding Ayumu's life.

He also very smart and learns quickly, which is why he tends to be good at everything he does. Sports would probably be his weakness. He's all brain, and no brawn. He'd actually rather do things that are behind the scenes rather than do things up front, and he doesn't really take advantage of this certain innate ability of his. His talents include cooking, playing the piano, being a jerk, and plotting things. That's mostly where he focuses on, so he won't touch any one else's specialities, etc.

Background: Ayumu was a former world-class pianist known as the "Pianist with the Angelic Hands". He quit the music business early as a kid and proceeded to live a normal life, being overshadowed by his elder brother who evidently achieved more than he did.

When he turned 14, his elder brother, Kiyotaka Narumi, who at that time was a world-famous detective and former world-class pianist, mysteriously disappeared. The only clue left of his disappearance were the words "Blade Children". A year later, Ayumu's fate overlapped with the Blade Children's. He then tries to settle the dispute of the Blade Children with the world, and redeem them from the curse that they were born with.

Ayumu learns that the Blade Children were created by Yaiba Mizushiro and were to become the higher species of man. Apart from that, Yaiba also created a clone of himself, which then turned out to be Hizumi Mizushiro. He also learns that Yaiba was said to be the devil, and was killed by God, who turns out to be his brother. And his most important discovery: he himself, is a clone of his elder brother, and every single aspect of him is patterned after his brother.

Ayumu meets Hizumi not long after he learns of this information, and is conflicted by the fact that he is destined to kill Hizumi to be able to redeem the Blade Children from their curse. He realizes soon after though, that everything that has happened was according to his brother's plan, and that how his brother controlled every single human being connected to him just to be able to get to the current situation.

In the end, Ayumu defies God and creates his own fate, which was something everyone though was impossible. He never killed Hizumi, nor his brother, and the Blade Children were set free.

Personality: Ayumu is by default, aloof and cold. He has a lot to be proud about (such as his intelligence and talent in so many things), but because of how he sees his brother, he developed an inferiority complex and believes that he cannot surpass his brother and cannot make a name for himself. He gives up on things easily, and only considers himself an ordinary person despite the extraordinary things that he can do. Ayumu also happens to be an introvert, and it is displayed through his coldness. He'd definitely rather keep to himself than to express his feelings openly. He usually acts indifferent, but inside, he feels incredibly reeled in by events happening.

He also always appears serious, and whenever his facade is being revealed, he would resort to wisecracks to change the subject. He can also be extremely sarcastic, and that side of him is usually revealed to people he feels comfortable with. (Note: he will not admit that he is comfortable with anyone.) He will make snide remarks about them, most especially when he's right in front of them. He likes to make fun of people, whether it's to be endearing, or just because he wants to be a jerk and make you look stupid.

Ayumu will occasionally show bits of confidence and will sometimes look arrogant in front of people. This happens most of the time, whenever he is bluffing, so he's just feigning all the pride he has in himself. After saying big things, he would immediately go to a corner and think how badly he was, or how much hell he would be suffering after doing such "confident" things. He usually doesn't think he plans will work, even if his plans were well thought of and could be considered genius.

Old Game Info:Ayumu had been on the i_s_l_a_n_d_rp for a year and a few months. Nothing significant about him changed, but when he first got there, he was taken from before the "final showdown" with his brother, per se. When he got canon-updated, he didn't try to be close to anyone because he was afraid of trusting any more people. At the same time, he treasured every single friendship he had on the Island, because those were the only relationships he has had that wasn't forged by his brother. Needless to say, he was really attached to the Island, and didn't exactly want to go back home.

As for relationships, he had built strong friendships with some people, but he's closest with Maka Albarn. Their relationship could be summarized like this: Ayumu calls Maka a stalker, and she hits him on the head with a book. (As a note, Maka didn't really stalk Ayumu, but used her Soul Perception to find him.) Hizumi was also on the Island, but they never really talked much about each other's fate, but rather just continued the friendship they had on the Island. Another thing to note is that Ayumu, at that time, was from a different point in time (in canon) compared to Hizumi, which was why Ayumu acted the way he did towards Hizumi. He also sort of had a crush on Kazuha Toyama, but he never really acted on it because he knew fate didn't want him to be happy.

When the Island decided to send everyone home, Ayumu was pretty disappointed about it, but didn't really have a choice. He went back to his world, where he lived with his sister-in-law (and his first love), and his brother who had finally come back from his journey to destroy everyone's lives. He quit school to rest at home, researching about how to make his life longer, as well as to continue helping the Blade Children.

1st Person Sample:Tell me how you died.

Just curious.

My story isn't that interesting. I got shot in the head, and I died. Nothing special. I'm looking forward to interesting stories. Like, maybe you got sent to a magical Island that talks, and it wanted you to tell Australia that She loves Him, but you weren't able to, and you got killed.

Or maybe you got sent to a magical Island that talks, and you were forced to kiss someone you didn't want to, and died because you couldn't bear the thought of kissing that person.

Then again, the magical Island would have brought you back to life right after that, anyway. But maybe not. You're here, after all.

But come on, let's hear some interesting things.
