Ummm...I don't know. I've been there twice, once exactly at 5 PM, and I think the other time it was at 6:30 or so, and they helped me out, and I don't think I got out until 7:15 or so.
I would really encourage calling, not only to ask that question, but also (and this JUST occurred to me), to make sure that they will help you out even if you don't live in the Madison area...and if they can't help you out, maybe they know of an asthma clinic that's closer to you out in Racine.
