Does anyone know or can anyone take an educated guess when the BBC will start filming season 4 of TorchwoodMy box from Forbidden Planet containing my wave 2 TW figures remains unopened. It's become a sort of a symbol now and I shall only open it once I have gained complete acceptance of you-know-what

Well, Eve Myles is due in late October or November and JB is La Cage until November and then the Panto (that's until mid January, right?), and if we pretend that RTD will stop being an arrogant ass and realize it is not simply "9 hysterical women" that are angry GDL is also in a Panto so I'd guess it'd be at least February before they film anything.

Ah, that's plenty of time to decide whether or not I can watch it. I wonder if the cast have seen the script yet. do we know if it's a full season?

I doubt it, technically there is no 'official' announcement yet. And at Comic Con when asked about RTD's involvement in the new season, he says yes absolutely, but Julie Gardner said something along the lines of "it's still in discussion" or "it hasn't been decided" so umm...his job and control of the new season is apparently not as secure as he thinks it is. And I can't imagine insulting the people that watch the show and buy the merchandise helps any. He may not think fans are important but since we're where the money comes from, I'd assume the BBC does.

and umm...has RTD said anything in the last month that doesn't suck? And isn't completely arrogant. I also enjoyed his comment (although this was about Rose coming back to Doctor Who last season) of "Leave me alone to sit on my millions. I can do what I want."

Regarding TW S4, I heard a rumour that filming starts in Feb. But, really, I couldn't care less, because I won't be watching it. Unless RTD somehow fixes everything he has fucked up. And I don't just mean Ianto.

I still don't know if I can watch season 4. I certainly can't give Torchwood the emotional envolvement I did before. I'm probably crazy, but I'm still hoping for Ianto back, even if it's an AU Ianto, which I actually think would make a good storyline, but we'll see if RTD is too up his own arse to see the potential in it.

You know, that book looks very familar! It ian't the cat I got my name from, though, which is a pity. I'd LOVE to find that book.
