Title: 21 Questions
Pairing: Yoosu
Rating: PG-13
Length: Oneshot
Genre: Fluffeh Romance
Summary: The title pretty much says it all.
1.I asked you why you asked me out on a date. You said everyone thought we were already dating and it was annoying to have to explain that no, we weren't dating everytime. I didn't know who 'everyone' was but it didn't matter, because I saw you blush and I forgot what my question was anyway.
2.On Valentines Day I asked you why you didn't give me anything even though I gave you a rose. You said Valentines day didn't mean a thing and you didn't have time for stupid shit like that. The next day you gave me two roses and told me to be happy with my pieces of crap. I bet you didn't think I noticed the ribbons with 'I love you' on them. I did and I was happy with my pieces of crap. Crap from your heart.
3.We went to a movie and I asked you what you preferred, scary ones or romantic ones. You said all of it was equally bad and you'd rather go home and read a book. I found out you loved reading. We had been dating for four months already and I never knew that.
4.There was one night that I asked you why you didn't eat meat and you told me you'd rather eat a shoe. One made out of rubber of course, because you didn't wear leather shoes. I asked you why again and you said that it was compensation for being a crappy person and polluting the world with your existence. I stopped eating meat that day. I lasted three days and you laughed at me when I said I was getting dizzy. You bought me a hot dog and I called you a hypocrite. We made love for the first time that night. It was nice.
5.I was wondering why you road a bicycle to work everyday even though it was more than 20 miles away from where you live and when I finally asked you, you said that money didn't grow on trees and that you weren't going to spend your whole salary on a car. When I suggested public transportation you scoffed and ignored me for the rest of the night. I thought you were mad at me, but then when we were in bed you held my hand and I realized you were just that kind of person.
6.I was looking through your passport one day and I saw that it was filled with stamps. I asked you why you liked to travel so much and you said that the more time you spent somewhere else the more bearable home became. I said that I was coming with you on your next trip. You almost smiled. Almost.
7.I found a pack of cake mix in your cupboard one day and asked you why it was there. You rolled your eyes and asked me what people usually did with cake mix. You liked baking. Apple-lemon pie was your speciality and your mother had taught you how to make it. I asked you to teach me and you smeared flour on my face. You said I'd break everything in you kitchen and when I finally convinced you...I broke everything in your kitchen. Still, I was happy you gave me a chance.
8.There was one night that you came to my place and started complaining about how far away it was and that I should have just come to your place since it's closer to my work anyway. You went on for more than half an hour before I asked you whether it wouldn't be easier if I just moved into your place. You shrugged. I moved in two days later.
9.I asked you if you wanted to meet my family and you asked if my family wanted to meet you. I said they would love to and you said they could come over one day. They came over and you made your Apple-Lemon pie. I knew they'd love you.
10.I asked you if your family didn't want to meet me and you asked me if I wanted to meet your family. I said I'd love to and the next day your mother was in our apartment. She brought her own pie. She was so nice, so warm and so cheerful. Nothing like you. She asked me whether you were treating me well or not and I said you were wonderful.
11.Your birthday was coming up and I asked you what you wanted. Honestly, I was shocked when you answered me. You said you wanted a big cake. It couldn't have gelatine in it and it couldn't have hazelnuts. Apparently you were allergic to hazelnuts. I should have known that after being together for 7 months.
12.I got you a giant cake. It had three layers and your mom said you'd love it. I invited her. And I invited my parents and my brother. I realised I didn't know any of your friends. I asked you if you liked the party and you shrugged. I learned to take that as a yes.
13.I was sick with the flue and asked you to stay home with me. You didn't say anything but you came into our bedroom with soup ten minutes later. You stayed in bed with me the rest of the day, reading your book. I asked you to read it out loud for me and you did.
14.When I got better I asked you to sing for me. When I moved in I had found a guitar lying in the storage room and you're not the kind of person to have a guitar for no reason. You said you didn't want to. Not that you couldn't. I said I'd go first and you had to do it afterwards and you surprised me again. Your voice is even more beautiful singing than it is reading a book.
15.You don't use plastic bags and you'd rather buy milk in a glass bottle than a milk carton. I asked you if you really cared that much for the environment and you said I should stop asking so many questions because they make your patience run thin. I asked you what you meant by that and you kissed me. Right in the dairy isle. We had never made love like we did that night. It was amazing.
16.You came home with a little surprise. There was a black and white puppy in your arms. I asked you where you found it and you said it had found you. You were an animal lover. Who would have thought? You'd already named it before it even entered our apartment, so from that day on Harang was part of the family.
17.Three in the morning and you were not lying in bed when I woke up with a racing heart from a bad dream. I went looking for you and found you sitting on the floor of our little balcony covered with a blanket and playing with little Harang. I asked if I could join you and the way you immediately lifted to covers for me to slide under them with you said so much, I could cry.
18.You put the plane ticket in my bag with my lunch so that I would find it when I was at work. Turkey. I called you up and asked when you had decided this and you said you always knew. I didn't mind the double meaning of your words and went to my boss' office to take off two weeks from work.
19.You didn't say anything but I knew you were worried about leaving Harang when he was still so young. You were probably scared he wouldn't remember you anymore when we came back and I asked you if we could take him with us. You said the trip was too long for a dog and we ended up leaving him with your mother. It took you two hours to say goodbye to him and I wished you were so affectionate with me on a daily basis.
20.I asked you if we should maybe get a friend for Harang when we got back and you said that our apartment wasn't big enough for two dogs. I said we should buy a house. You said if buying a house came that easy for me I should buy one. We bought one together after we came back. And we got Harang two little friends.
21.I asked you if you loved me and you shrugged. I said I loved you too.
