That's a rather broad category for privatization, Malfoy. Desperate for attention, hm?

Desperate for someone to entertain me, more likely. I'm just not interested in the kind of entertaining my enemies would like to indulge in.

Do I even know you?

Know, no. Know of, probably. Padma Patil, at your service.

And since I'm unable to perform some type of sweeping bow through writing, just pretend.

Oh, you're one of those twins, right? The Ravenclaw? I always liked you best, I think.

Well... We don't want you dead, wish you ill, or want to torture you within an inch of your life...

But if you're ever interested in coming by the shop... We have public product testing every Saturday afternoon.

I have no desire to ingest any of your questionable products for the sake of your amusement.

I did promise Zak I'd go see him at work at some point, though, so if I set foot in that shop of yours it is for him and not because I wish to . . . test one of your products.

And I cannot be coerced except with large sums of money.

Who said anything about ingesting? We have pleanty of items that are not food related.

That doesn't make me any more inclined to be your test subject, you know.

Who would have guessed that none of that applied to me?

Sorry, Ferret, I won't be back in town until late this evening - maybe tomorrow. I need to pick up some new clothes though, if you're still bored this weekend...I might be able to suffer through your company. I guess torturing myself doesn't count in your settings on this entry.

Oh - and no drinking. Did the new Dark Lord tell you he came by for a chat the other day?

I know, it's amazing.

What are you getting up to that's going to keep me from your glowing presence for so long, Boy Wonder? And stuff it. You love me. You know it.

No. He was too busy using the thumbscrews on me and beating his werewolves into submission. What happened?

Mischief and mayhem. Nothing new. Took a bit of a short hols is all. BE careful, it almost sounds like you miss me.

I tolerate you - that's a far stretch from love. But - I may even give you a few moments of something somewhat close to like. Telling Snape not to hurt me (yes, I do remember bits and parts of what happened), I think it's safe to say I came close to liking you then.

I'm still breathing so obviously not everything he'd hoped for.

I can't live without you, didn't you know that? Harry Potter, you light up my life.

Well . . . yeah. I'm rather likable sometimes. obviously only when we're both pissed

Well, one of these days, I'm sure.

I know.

Would you like to have lunch some time this week? I'm desperate for some civilized company and . . . I miss you.

I would love to, dear. I miss you as well. Where would you like to go?

You can pick the place. You've got better taste than I do. Just let me know if I should dress up so that I don't show up looking completely common.

A house full of people, yet you are bored, and without shopping companions?

You should get out of your room more often.

I'll have you know I leave my room when it suits me. And I bore easily. It's a sad fact of life, but there you have it.

A sad fact of life, indeed.

If you don't find someone to entertain you, I know of a certain housemate of your's that is finds herself bored, often. Well- probably not as often as you are... but she could use some fun, as much as the next person. Just something to consider.

June? Yes, she and I do seem to share a certain amount of boredom between us. Sad really.

Maybe she'd like to come along with me and whoever else on our shopping excursion. I could buy her something pretty as well.
