No. However, when stuff is committed, it's announced in lj_releases, and I make a habit of leaving the suggestions entry as a comment in the Jira ticket, and subscribing to any changes on the ticket, and updating the suggestions entry's tags & commenting about the update when it happens.

Also, changelog entries often include the bug ID in the log message.
