Allow Editing and Deletion of Voice Post Transcriptions

Short, concise description of the idea
Users who transcribe a voice post should be allowed to edit or delete their transcription; owners of a voice post should also be allowed to delete other users' transcriptions.

It sounds like a good idea, but I've no clue about the amount of work involved to make it happen...

My understanding is that you can re-transcribe your own voice post (as long as that voice post hasn't reached the limit for number of transcriptions), but the newer transcription does not replace the older one; instead, it is added as a new transcription.

I am all for this; a couple of occasions I've had to copy and past an older transcription to 'cover up' a dodgy or silly transcription. I'd also like the option as the journal owner to select which transcription to use if multiple are available.

I hardly ever use voice posts but this seems like an obvious flaw that should be remedied to me.

I rarely use voice posts, but the idea that the journal owner can't control the contents of their own post is unacceptable.
