CSS storage in scrapbook

Short, concise description of the idea
Being able to upload CSS sheets to scrapbook for our lj layouts

That sounds reasonable and practical to me. I use ScrapBook all the time (when it's WORKING, of course), and it's convenient to use as storage for LiveJournal-related purposes because it's here (obviously).

If not ScrapBook (which is seen as image/photo-related), then how about another form of storage?

(If it's an issue about $$$, it could always be a paid feature...)

One potential problem is that if Scrapbook flakes out, your style could look seriously messed up. This is already a problem with background images and the like, but CSS has potential for much more unusable breakage.
