This seems obvious to be top of any 'repair' list. I can't understand why it doesn't work -- but it certainly should.

Given that people have PAID to do this and are unable to do so, and have been unable to do so for quite some time, I have no idea why this issue has been in the works for as long as it has.

Also, it really doesn't seem like it would be such a difficult problem to fix.

This has been a problem for some time, and it has been an issue that is still unresolved.

I've paid for a rename token which I have been unable to use for months, it's very frustrating.
