Short, concise description of the idea
The Scrapbook gallery page could be linked in standard journal layouts, along with Recent Entries, Friends, Profile, and Archive.

It needs to be smart, though, just as in Profile: The link should only appear if user has ScrapBook pictures. (You can't go adding it to all layouts and have the link appear on journals of Basic users who don't even have the ScrapBook feature). Anyway, consider this a motion in favor. :)

Agreed, this shouldn't display on Basic users' journals, or people with no public images.
