Remove the body{min-width} rule from the Horizon and Vertigo schemes.

I like this: HTML should be as fluid as feasible, and LJ's layouts generally take kindly to font size changes, so why force a body width?

Sure. The people with resolutions higher than 800px will not notice a change, but those with smaller screens will have a more readable site.
