Title
support small windows in site schemes

Short, concise description of the idea
Remove the body{min-width} rule from the Horizon and Vertigo schemes.

Full description of the idea
Elements that need a particular width already have min-width properties of their own. There's no need to tell the browser to stretch the whole page out to a width that may be wider than the window.
An ordered list of benefits
  • Makes pages readable in windows narrower than 800 pixels.

An ordered list of problems/issues involved
  • Elements that use white-space:nowrap may overflow the boxes they're in when viewed in narrow windows. This is already an issue for people who use large fonts.

An organized list, or a few short paragraphs detailing suggestions for implementation
  • Just remove the body{min-width} rules from the style sheets.
