I'd like to be notified anytime someone accepts invite to or otherwise joins, or leaves a community.

• Lets us know when people leave without telling us.
  Lets us know what people join the community.
  Makes it easier to keep track of membership and moderate communities, especially those with high turnover and multiple moderators.
