Pretty sure you mean in Horizon.. and yeah, you can find the support and FAQ's in the bottom of the system pages but I'd actually like to see it in a dropdown menu in the site scheme myself.

Considering that I would imagine users are more likely to check the upper portions of pages and/or the menus for things like this, yes.

But then again, I don't use Horizon at all.

Yes please! Support and FAQ definitely belong up there.

Yes, I would very much prefer Help features reasily accessible at the top, where they are in Xcol. I dislike websites that hide away the Help section.

last time i checked, my menubar is at the top of my applications.
and it's usually "File, Edit, [others], Help."

makes sense to me.

having useful things like that in a "mini-sitemap" at the footer of the page is unhelpful.

xcolibur does have links in the footer, but they're not as important as a "help" menu.

it's not there in horizon, which is now the default.

"applications" meaning things such as "Internet Explorer," "Mozilla Firefox" and "Microsoft Word."

not schemes such as "Dystopia" and "XColibur."

i'm aware that it's not in horizon. which is why i said that the suggestion "makes sense to me."

we might be having a communication error.
