Ack! The new menus don't include a dropdown for HELP or the FAQ's. They are hard to find now. Please add to one of the drop downs - perhaps FIND?

There is NO Help option listed anywhere in the dropdown menus as they were revised this week.

You simply can't have too many ways to locate help.

YES!!!! Having the link to support & FAQ squished into the mini sitemap at the bottom of the page is not a good idea in my opinion.
