Give 'maintainers' access to 'moderator' areas

Since maintainers can appoint moderators, including themselves, they should just be allowed to see the mod queue without having to dig out their name in the community members list and tick the box

Moderators have more abilities now than simply accessing the queue, this was changed a few months ago.

Moderators are notified when new entries come into the queue, which is not something that all maintainers wish to subject themselves to. One of the people I'd asked to help out with a comm de-maintainered herself over that, which failed to stop the notifications, which she then couldn't un-set for herself.

That's interesting. I was sure that was a setting but now I can't find it. I'm both maintainer and moderator for all the communities I'm running that have a queue, and I don't get notifications (thankfully!).

Edit: Oh, it's at the bottom of the Community Management page. It is a per user setting not a per-user-per-community setting which is a bit annoying, but yeah.

It was in a sufficiently non-obvious place that it did not go well in that situation.
