I think that's a great idea. Or if nothing else, a link to remove the memory on the "this entry has been deleted!" page.

I like this, but I don't think it should be opt-in. It's just a simple cosmetic fix for something that should have been done ages ago; it's not like certain other features that invade your privacy.

I LOVE this suggestion -- and don't feel it needs to be an opt-in. I agree the needing to click Memories that are gone just doesn't make sense (and never did)...

There's a relatively simple thing that could be done to indicate the journal's current status: include the username as a fully-formatted username on the memory page, rather than bold plain text, so one could see if the username had been struck through.
