It's yet another rainy day here in Chicago which is annoying because it's literally been raining everyday if not every other day for the last two weeks. This gloomy weather makes me want to stay in bed and binge watch shows on Netflix (although I'm the eighth episode of Orange is the New Black and I'm severely disappointed as how dull this season

How many clients do you have to manage? How much time do each one of them get from you?
It's previous obvious to me that you don't take crap, so I hope your clients can also realize that quickly.

Right now I only have 5 clients and really the amount of time they spend with me is really up to them but since they're all annoying I don't try to spend more than an hour or two with them because they'll drive me nuts lol.
They all know I don't put up with their crap and sometimes after they throw a tantrum it strengthens our rapport because we end up talking things out. But sometimes my supervisor thinks I'm too harsh on them and basically gives into whatever they want and hands them over to another staff who will coddle them and it undos the teachable moment.
