I am scared to see it because I loved the Japanese Original version sooo much. I don't want to spoil it.

Just like Shall We Dance?....that one sucked in English

ooooh there is a Japanese version?? I must see that!!!!!!! I'm not a huge fan of Keanu Reeves so I don't know if I'll like the Lake House.

I thought it was a Korean movie called Il Mare...but yes, it was adapted from that movie.

Yah, that's what I read too, it was adapted from a Korean movie.

Actually I was the opposite. I really enjoyed the trailer and loved the premise it presented. But, for some reason that I can't put into words, I was a disappointed in the movie - or at least the first half of it. I *did* like how they tied everything together at the end.

aargghhhh time stuff makes my head hurt. Very good point! Its been a while since I saw the movie, but didn't she say in her final letter to wait 2 years, until 2008, before meeting her and to meet up with her at the Lake House?
