Wow, so, I didn't update for a couple days, and aside from that month of travel and a few other situations, it is rather unheard of for me. I feel like it is okay to be addicted to blogging since I am not addicted to drugs or alcohol or anything terribly destructive ( Read more... )

I was totally one of those awkward non-German speakers at the German Society dinner a couple of nights ago! Which wasn't helped by the fact that they were all into investment banking, too. (there are two types of people at the LSE: those who want to go into investment banking, and everyone else.) But they were actually pretty nice and spoke English with me when I circulated the room! And I love Goodbye Lenin, but I agree, it's one of those huge iconic German movies that I think every German has seen at least 100 times. I hope everything is going well with you, girl! I was only bitter because she was flirting with CGLA - I imagine I wouldn't have minded if she had been harmless and/or you.
