This author isn't appalling, but she'll never win me over, due to her apparent refusal to type out numbers in full. I mean, 2 or two? It's an extra two characters to type. She'd hardly strain herself.

The mention of Elizabeth turned Will’s smile into a frown. He didn’t want to think of her not now, but he couldn’t help it now, she was back in his mind.

He says that like he didn't just think Elizabeth's name twice in two sentences.

Bah, at least he's angsting. Much better than, "Elizabeth died and Will has forgotten about her"... right?

Are we sure this isn't a parody? I mean really, a singing voice that's so SPESHUL it sends men into trances? Could we get any more cliche?

As for the Sue . . . She's the Sueiest Sue I've seen in a long time. How in the world can singing well be a curse?
