I used to always post my schedule in my journals. One reason was so that I could start learning it. Another was I think at the time I started doing it was when I was dating my ex, and i knew he read my journals so I would do it to satisfy his need to know where I was at all times. And it was also just to inform any people who might be curious or might need to know when an appropriate time to contact me was or whatever...
