With miss siren it might get a little tricky-- he'd have to take her seriously unawares and somehow keep her from phasing. She might be susceptible to his thuper glamour if he makes eye contact, though! ... And boy, I think he'd be in for a treat. Whatever shit is in her system, it ain't human. For him it might be like imbibing the blood equivalent of methamphetamine or something. idek
Neeeel is not as slippery as Lilith because she doesn't phase out, but she is GODDAMN QUICK (you know this) and prone to giving electric shocks/burns/jagged icicles to unwanted company. She'd also be susceptible to the mind games. Blood is... alien blood? Not human. I'm not even sure if he could technically use her stuff like normal. DISCUSS?

Breaking it down by character!
Nel. Being humanoid, her blood is probably compatible with his system. Like any foreign food, she would probably taste funky (or like chicken). With time, it would satisfy the craving like any normal human. Until then, she would totally be a night out on the town kind of meal, lolol.
Lilith, he wants to taste you already. The fact she is a phase bitchin' badass may make this DIFFICULT, but I am down for discussing possibilities if you are. Another foreign food to add to his palate!
Miss Siren pings me the most for definite plotting potential. Seriously, tripped out vampire? That could be pretty epic.

Xelllooooooos could be interesting. I suspect Eric would not easily be able to catch him, but the idea of snacking on Monster blood amuses. I wonder if they could come to a mutual arrangement at some point?

To 'glamour' is to temporarily impose one's will upon the subject, making them respond to whatever you request or require of them. This is fairly standard with True Blood vampires, though the power of his glamour is reduced on the boat. In order to exert it, Eric needs to be in the person's presence and to look them straight in the eyes.

There were bits in the series that suggest willpower has a factor in it, and it is canon detail that certain supernatural creatures are completely immune to it.
Though the power of his glamour is reduced, Eric does have a great deal of practice with it. I would gauge it as difficult to resist, but not impossible due to the Elegante's interferences.
And, as with most things, it'll be something used on a case-but-case permissive basis. OR WILL I REWRITE HISTORY WITH IT? GOD KNOWS. I mean.

King is also likewise human, though due to his vampires being viruses and him being formerly one he'd probably taste a little funky.
Rfena is an android. If he happened to bite her, he'd hit metal. (But it should be fairly obvious, with the lack of blood and veins and that metal smell.)
Maleficent is.. a fairy. So her blood might taste different, and be kinda like drinking a soda with a lot of sugar, caffeine and ginseng. A quick hyperactive burst that burns out.

Mordecai bastardbytrade certainly won't volunteer to be bitten, but I reckon he'd be pretty tasty, don't you? Should you ever want a feed to end in someone sharpening stakes and trying to kill your vamp, this is the guy to go to. :'D
Vie gotyourwallet is a rather curious young lady. She'll be intrigued by Eric, and Godric for that matter and probably annoy the crap out of him with her questions. Buut she's pretty good company and has a sense of humor so who knows. Vie is prob the only character I have who will volunteer to be bitten, partially for the experience, partially to save another from being the meal and partially cause hot damn Eric is smokin' hot.
Jack/Tyler ilikesoap... well. Jack is perfect if Eric wants to hunt someone down that is frantically trying to get away. Tyler's a cocky shit who will offer his blood if there is proper reason/personal gain. Eg. Eric all weak and trouble happening and need that blood or they all die.

Eric can appreciate Vie's appreciation. He is indeed attractive, no mistake about that. And, canonly, has been open to 'tasting' humans. Usually fangbangers, but LOL.

Vie ain't no fangbanger, she's just too noble/curious/proud for her own good. Tell her she shouldn't do something and she will push to do it, just to prove she can. I kinda want to see her get glamoured, but rather than be freaked she'd be all "HOLY CRAP THAT WAS COOL." and ask a million more questions.

I did a bit of thinking about her last night in regards to reaction to bitey. There would be clans on her world that feed from blood but aren't vampire. And she hates clansmen, so wary woman is wary.. but curious... and I'm fucking babbling again. 8|
