I have lost 32lbs so far. I'm trying to keep enough protein in me, which is proving problematic. I'm supposed to be taking in 60-80g of protein a day and I can't even get that much in me a day. Plus some carbohydrates are a must, because I'm hungry... ish..., and pureed meat all day long would be gross ( Read more... )
