I have lost 32lbs so far. I'm trying to keep enough protein in me, which is proving problematic. I'm supposed to be taking in 60-80g of protein a day and I can't even get that much in me a day. Plus some carbohydrates are a must, because I'm hungry... ish..., and pureed meat all day long would be gross.
Am healing. Can't wait to have Sam home again... since I've been recovering I can't take care of her so she's been with mum. But she's mah behbeh and I miss her a lot. Will be cleared to pick her up again on Sunday, so I'll get her then, huzzah.
